The theme for the company kickoff was a direct response to the isolation folks felt from the pandemic. Even tho this was still a remote event; care went into creating content and a theme that helped pull people together.
As the world entered year three of the pandemic, Twilio wanted to shape a positive vision for the year around the idea of coming together. The power of music brings us into harmony together—despite distances both near and far. This theme leaned heavily on musicality and The Beatles song we all know as a call to action for the year.

Color and type choices were selected to help create a welcoming sense. This event system needed to be inclusive of the people and backgrounds from all of our locations. Illustrations denote key landmarks from our global footprint.
As noted above, music was a key focal area for this event. We leaned into this and created fun shapes and elements to keep the presentations lively and in theme.
